Job Summary

The primary focus is servicing existing clients and developing new business, with responsibilities including cleaning floors (tile, carpet, brick), maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The position requires driving a company vehicle across various locations in the West region, including Bloomingdale, Glen Ellyn, Wheaton, Naperville, Aurora, and others.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and maintenance of floors and surfaces
• Complete tasks promptly and professionally
• Use chemicals and supplies according to policies
• Maintain and operate floor equipment
• Observe safety precautions and report hazards
• Drive company vehicle safely

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• At least 1 year of commercial cleaning experience
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Willingness to work assigned hours, including some weekends

Harvard offers a competitive salary of $20/hour, along with benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, LTD, and a 401K plan. The position is full-time, entry-level, with hours from 5 PM to 1 AM, Monday through Friday.
