Pilot Company in Conover, NC is seeking a Facilities Services team member to keep our travel center clean and guest-ready. You’ll handle showers, restrooms, towels, and general store upkeep while delivering friendly, efficient service.

This role offers weekly pay, flexible shifts including nights and weekends, and benefits such as PTO and health plans. Prior experience is helpful but not required—training is provided in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and take all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
