Pilot Company in Graham, NC is seeking a Facility Services teammate to maintain a clean, welcoming travel center environment and deliver friendly guest service. You’ll help with showers, restrooms, towels, and general store upkeep while supporting a top-notch guest experience.

The role offers weekly pay and benefits for full-time team members. Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays is preferred to keep our facilities in peak condition.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
