Job summary

Windsor Building Services in The Woodlands, TX is seeking motivated crew members to perform general cleaning duties in commercial spaces, keeping areas clean, orderly and functional.

Responsibilities include cleaning offices and common areas, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restocking supplies, and following Windsor's safety standards. The role is part-time, with approx. 12–14 hours per week, Monday to Friday across The Woodlands & Spring area.

Qualifications

• Candidates capable of performing routine cleaning tasks across multiple areas.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and Windsor's standards.
• Good physical condition with standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

WINDSOR BUILDING SERVICES is looking for motivated, high energy crew members that perform general cleaning duties in buildings in a clean, orderly, and functional condition.

We are hiring in The Woodlands & Spring area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cleans offices, common areas, lavatories, halls, and any other areas that may require attention.
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs, elevators, and office space.
• Cleans light fixtures, ceilings and vents, walls, furniture, windows, and windowsills.
• Empties trash and garbage containers.
• Restock dispensers / supplies.
• Will be required to use cleaning chemicals properly and safely per Windsor's standards.

Physical requirements:

• Physically able to walk, stand, bend, lift for duration of shift.
• Significant walking.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, push/pull, lift up to 30lbs.

Schedule:Two locations

• Monday - Friday
