Job summary

Windsor Building Services, Inc. in Huntsville, TX is seeking motivated crew members to perform general cleaning duties in medical offices and commercial spaces. You will work at two locations, Huntsville and New Waverly, Monday through Friday, approximately 16 hours per week.

Responsibilities include cleaning offices, restrooms, common areas, and fixtures, as well as restocking supplies. Physical demands include walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Physically able to walk, stand, bend, lift up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable, self-motivated with ability to work solo.

Responsibilities

• Cleans offices, common areas, lavatories, halls, and any other areas that may require attention.
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs, elevators, and office space.
• Cleans light fixtures, ceilings and vents, walls, furniture, windows, and windowsills.
• Empties trash and garbage containers.
• Restock dispensers / supplies.
• Will be required to use cleaning chemicals properly and safely per Windsor's standards.

Physical requirements:

• Physically able to walk, stand, bend, lift for duration of shift.
• Significant walking.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, push/pull, lift up to 30lbs.

• Working SOLO

• Two locations: Huntsville & New Waverly
• Monday - Friday
