Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Lead for our operations in Novi, MI. The role involves directing the crew, ensuring daily tasks are completed to standard, and providing excellent customer service at the site. This is a full-time position with leadership responsibilities and growth opportunities.

Starting pay is $18.0 per hour. This role requires prior janitorial supervisory experience, safety awareness, and the ability to read safety documents.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and handling procedures (English; Spanish where required).
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer Service oriented, friendly, and positive demeanor.

Responsabilités

• The Crew Lead performs site Crew tasks and ensures Crew tasks are fully executed at site.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service as needed.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew and ensure understanding of responsibilities.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with hiring, training, and interviews as needed.
• Motivate the crew and lead by example to maintain productivity and quality.
