Position Details

• Location: Carmel, IN
• Pay: $18.00/hour
• Shift: Monday - Sunday, 4am to 10am

Position Summary

The Crew Lead provides direction in a dynamic environment, overseeing site operations that may range from small to large facilities over a million square feet. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, guiding and supporting the crew, coordinating with management on staffing, ensuring safety and quality standards, and conducting inspections. The Lead acts as the primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform and oversee crew tasks, ensuring completion at the site.
2. Interact professionally with clients to deliver excellent customer service.
3. Coordinate tasks and provide guidance to the crew.
4. Ensure crew members understand their responsibilities and policies.
5. Collaborate with the crew to ensure smooth daily operations and address deficiencies promptly.
6. Assist with hiring and training new staff.
7. Equip team members with the necessary information and tools for success.
8. Motivate and support the crew, leading by example.
