Job summary

Frantz Building Services is seeking team members to maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas across multiple locations.

You will collect trash, dust and vacuum, mop floors, and ensure timely completion of daily assignments while upholding a high standard of cleanliness and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license & acceptable MVR.
• Must be able to work at multiple locations.
• Positive, upbeat attitude with a focus on serving customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect and empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Complete all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly - Every Friday

***Valid driver's license & acceptable MVR required.
