Job summary

Frantz Building Services is hiring a Janitorial Cleaner for Franklin, KY. The role is full-time with a Sunday-Thursday 10:00 PM–6:00 AM schedule and weekly pay.

You will perform breakroom, restroom, washroom, office, and factory area cleaning, plus operation of a ride-on scrubber and light trash duties. Requirements include reliable transportation, steel-toed boots, a valid driver's license, and willingness to wear safety glasses and hearing protection.

Responsibilities

• Breakroom Cleaning — Clean and sanitize 2 breakrooms, including tables, counters, microwaves, refrigerators, sinks and high-touch surfaces.
• Restroom Maintenance — Clean and disinfect 4 restrooms, restock supplies and maintain cleanliness to facility standards.
• Medical Product Line Washroom — Clean and sanitize the washroom used for the medical product line.
• Office Area Cleaning — Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust and keep main office tidy.
• Ride-On Scrubber Operation — Learn to operate the ride-on floor scrubber; training provided.
• Factory Common Area Cleaning — Clean hallways, entryways, shared spaces and walkways.
• Trash Removal — Light trash duties in offices and breakrooms; no heavy waste disposal.
• Safety & Compliance — Follow cleaning standards, chemical safety guidelines and PPE usage.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Janitorial Cleaner - Franklin - FT (Factory)

SCHEDULE: Sunday - Thursday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly - Every Friday

What the job looks like:

Breakroom Cleaning — Clean and sanitize 2 breakrooms, including tables, counters, microwaves, refrigerators. sinks, and high-touch surfaces. Restock paper goods and soap as needed.

Restroom Maintenance — Maintain 4 sets of restrooms, ensuring toilets, sinks, mirrors, partitions, floors, and dispensers are cleaned and disinfected to facility standards. Making sure all restroom supplies is stocked.

Medical Product Line Washroom — Clean and sanitize the washroom used for the medical product line, following proper chemical handling and cleanliness protocols.

Office Area Cleaning — Vacuum carpets, sweep/mop hard floors, empty trash, dust surfaces, and maintain a tidy environment throughout the main office.

Ride-On Scrubber Operation — Learn to operate the ride-on floor scrubber for large factory floor areas; training provided.

Factory Common Area Cleaning — Maintain hallways, entryways, shared spaces, and general walk-through areas to ensure a clean and safe workplace.

Trash Removal — Perform light trash duties in offices and breakrooms; no heavy waste or industrial disposal.

Safety & Compliance — Follow facility cleaning standards, chemical safety guidelines, and proper PPE usage

Other responsibilities as assigned.
