Job summary

Frantz Building Services Inc in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking team members to maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas. Duties include trash collection, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping, with all tasks completed per schedule.

We offer weekly pay on Fridays, paid training, a referral bonus, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity after eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

What The Job Looks Like:

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
