Job summary

Frantz Building Services Inc in Mount Vernon, IN, is seeking reliable team members to maintain offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas on a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM schedule.

You will collect trash, dust, vacuum, mop, clean glass, and complete daily assignments; boots required; transportation needed; benefits include paid training, health/dental/vision, 401K after one year, and a referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Must wear steel-toed boots or shoes.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
