Job summary

Road Runr Maintenance, Inc. is seeking motivated team members to perform general cleaning for our clients in Michigan. You will help maintain a clean, secure, and safe work environment through routine janitorial duties.

Shifts include Thursdays 6:00AM–7:00PM and Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 6:00AM–9:00PM, with other shifts as needed. Compensation is $13.73 per hour. Prior janitorial experience is preferred but training is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or related field preferred, but training available.
• Must follow detailed oral and written instructions.
• Good communication with coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Emptying trash and transporting to dumpster areas.
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, windows cleaning.
• Clean and stock restrooms including toilets and sinks.
• Other duties as assigned.

HOURS

• Thursdays600AM - 700PM
• Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 600AM - 900PM
• Other days and shifts available on an as needed basis

COMPENSATION

• $13.73/Hour

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Emptying trash containers, taking trash outside to dumpster areas
• Dusting, spot cleaning, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning windows, polishing surfaces
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms; cleaning toilets, sinks, floors, plunging toilets, etc.,
• Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in janitorial or related field preferred but willing to train the right individual

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to carry out detailed oral or written instructions
• Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and customers
• Disposition to perform other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to stand/walk for entire length of your shift
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing from 15 to 25 pounds
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head
• Occasionally push and pull wheeled carts loaded with products up to 50 pounds
