Qualifications

• Experience performing basic cleaning tasks in commercial settings.
• Strong communication skills with teammates and supervisors.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work assigned hours.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic cleaning of all common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, and related surfaces.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and break rooms; empty trash and dispose of waste.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies; report maintenance issues to management.
• Attend to spills and perform related cleanup tasks as needed.
