Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley is hiring for a part-time evening cleaning position in the Lancaster area. Responsibilities include standard cleaning tasks and upkeep of facilities.

The role requires dependable, punctual teammates, and offers opportunities for advancement with a signing bonus after 90 days of good attendance and work quality. Shifts run evenings, with a 4.5 hour block on most days and a 2.5 hour block on Wednesdays, at a pay rate of $14 per hour.

Hiring Now - Part-time Evenings

• Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 4.5 Hrs. Wednesday-2.5 Hrs.
• Cleaning range 7 PM-Midnight
• Payrate $14/hr

Once you complete 90 days with good attendance and good work quality, you will receive a $500 sign on bonus upon completion of 90 day.

Cleaning Duties Include:

• Mopping
• Sweeping
• Dusting
• Vacuuming
• Cleaning restrooms and breakrooms
• Taking out the trash
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Provided several evenings of training and ongoing coaching as needed. Must possess the ability to work independently.
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time.

Physical Demands:

• Be able to wear a backpack vacuum (weighs 8-12 lbs) for approx. 30-60 minutes.
• Be able to lift up to 30 lbs non-repetitively.
