Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Ohio is seeking a part-time evening janitor to perform cleaning duties at a local site. Shifts run evenings Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 4.5 hours, plus Wednesday 2.5 hours, with cleaning from 7 PM to midnight.

Pay is $14 per hour, with a 90-day attendance requirement to receive a $500 signing bonus. Opportunities for advancement, company events, and a supportive coaching environment are available, along with a uniform and timely attendance.

• Evening cleaning work is required; prior cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning restrooms and breakrooms.
• Take out the trash and maintain inventory of supplies.

Once you complete 90 days with good attendance and good work quality, you will receive a $500 sign on bonus upon completion of 90 day.

Cleaning Duties Include:

• Mopping
• Sweeping
• Dusting
• Vacuuming
• Cleaning restrooms and breakrooms
• Taking out the trash
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Provided several evenings of training and ongoing coaching as needed. Must possess the ability to work independently.
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time.

Physical Demands:

• Be able to wear a backpack vacuum (weighs 8-12 lbs ) for approx. 30-60 minutes.
• Be able to lift up to 30 lbs non-repetitively.
