The position is part-time in the evenings, with a schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The pay is $18.00 per hour, and ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior janitorial/custodial/cleaning experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and maintain hygiene standards.
• Empty trash and recycling and dispose of waste per policy.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies properly.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects.
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation.
