Job summary

ABM Industries in Eatonville, WA is seeking a reliable Janitorial Cleaner to perform cleaning duties across assigned facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and orderly environment for employees, clients and visitors.

The part-time evening shift runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM to 12:30 AM and includes tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, restroom sanitation, trash disposal, window cleaning and basic equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met
• Empty trash and recycling bins and waste in accordance with company policies
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies properly
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation

Pay

$18.50 - $18.50 per hour
