Hiring Now - Part-time - Evenings:

• Pay rate: $14/Hr.
• $200.00 sign-on bonus upon completion of 60 days, good attendance, and quality work.

The position involves cleaning at three facilities:

First Position:

• Location: Lancaster
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 1.5 hours per evening
• Cleaning Range: 7 PM - Midnight (must be out by midnight)

Second Position:

• Location: Lancaster
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 1 hour per evening
• Cleaning Range: 6 PM - Midnight

Third Position:

• Location: Baltimore
• Schedule: Tuesday and Friday, 1.5 hours per evening
• Cleaning Range: 5:30 PM - Midnight

Cleaning Duties Include:

• Mopping
• Sweeping
• Dusting
• Vacuuming
• Cleaning restrooms and breakrooms
• Taking out the trash
• Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment
• Receiving several evenings of training and ongoing coaching as needed
• Must possess the ability to work independently
• Contributing to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and being dependable and on time

Physical Demands:

• Be able to wear a backpack vacuum (weighs 8-12 lbs) for approximately 30-60 minutes
• Be able to lift up to 30 lbs non-repetitively on occasion
