Job summary

Nascence Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaner to join our team in Cleveland. This part-time role maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors, with a 9:00am–11:00am shift on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

The pay rate is $25.00 per hour. Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, dusting surfaces, emptying trash, floor care, and safely operating cleaning equipment, while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, move, and store cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Physically able to walk, stand, kneel, and reach during shift.
• Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Prior janitorial or maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout assigned facilities
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms using designated products and procedures
• Dust, polish, and wipe down furniture and high-touch surfaces
• Empty and clean garbage and recycling bins as needed
• Perform heavy cleaning tasks such as mopping, floor care, shampooing rugs, and vault toilet cleaning
• Safely operate and maintain cleaning tools and power equipment
• Secure all doors and facilities after cleaning is complete
• Adhere to safety standards, including proper chemical usage and handling of cleaning agents
