Job summary

Paycom is seeking a detail-oriented janitorial associate to provide cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting services across contract-specific areas. You will perform routine tasks, ensure high-touch surface sanitation, and maintain floors and tabletops in accordance with the scope of work and safety policies.

You must wear the company uniform, demonstrate professional etiquette, and assist with task assignments while ensuring regular attendance and a courteous interaction with staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide janitorial, sanitizing, and disinfecting services per contract scope.
• Follow site policies and safety procedures; maintain professional appearance and uniform.
• Perform routine cleaning such as toilets, sinks, floors, vacuuming, trash, dusting, and sanitizing high-touch areas.
• Sanitize and maintain floors/tabletops per specifications.
• Assign tasks to team members and supervise as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and respond to staff shortages.
• Demonstrate safety awareness and accurate, timely communication.

*Vehicle is preferred*In this position, one will provide janitorial/sanitizing/disinfecting services to in accordance with contract scope of work the specifications.SPECIFIC DUTIESFollow all Goodwill and subcontract site policies and safety procedures. Must possess professional etiquette.Must maintain a clean and neat personal appearance at all times.
