Job Position Description:

We are seeking a Supervisor responsible for leading and working alongside a team of cleaners. This role is crucial in ensuring staff adhere to standards and complete their tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of cleaning principles and team supervision skills.

Responsibilities:

• Train cleaners on ServiceMaster standards, products, and procedures
• Perform cleaning duties in assigned buildings, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom servicing, and furniture polishing
• Oversee staff performance and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, glass partitions, mirrors, furniture, and fixtures
• Prepare cleaning solutions as per specifications
• Work at warehouse/office building locations, which may involve lifting heavy objects
• Pass background checks
• Position based in Blytheville, Jonesboro, Paragould AR, and surrounding areas
• Preferred: Custodial training and a minimum of 5 years custodial experience, including supervisory or team lead roles
• Use proper PPE as required
• Opportunities for sales growth with Area Manager role

Effective communication skills are essential.

Schedule: Full-time, mainly 8 hours/day, 5-6 days/week, with flexibility based on facility needs.
