Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned accounts throughout San Antonio, Seguin, Laredo, and Corpus Christi.
• Supervise, schedule, and support janitorial staff to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assign work orders (WOs), delegate tasks, and prioritize urgent requests.
• Inspect completed work and maintain clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities.
• Recruit, train, coach, and support new and current employees, including managing work hours and performance documentation.
• Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and text messages.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned accounts throughout San Antonio, Seguin, Laredo, and Corpus Christi.
• Supervise, schedule, and support janitorial staff to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assign work orders (WOs), delegate tasks, and prioritize urgent requests.
• Inspect completed work and maintain clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities.
• Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and custodial closet organization (5S); maintain inventory and request replenishment as needed.
• Recruit, train, coach, and support new and current employees, including managing work hours and performance documentation.
• Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Assist with janitorial duties and basic maintenance tasks as needed during staffing shortages.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and text messages.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure building equipment is operating properly and report or coordinate repairs.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
