Job summary

ABM is seeking a Janitorial Account Manager to supervise day-to-day operations and ensure conformance to contract requirements at the assigned building. You will coordinate with client contacts, scheduling, and onsite teams to maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with standards.

You will develop cost-control measures and implement level of service standards, while overseeing inspections, quality control, and inventory of equipment and supplies to meet customer specifications.

Develops and implements cost control measures and level of service standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications / contract requirements for assigned building. Oversees inspections, quality control measures, and the inventory control of equipment and supplies for the assigned building.
