Aerotek is hiring for a permanent janitorial position in Bellevue, WA. This full-time onsite role requires reliable, English-speaking candidates with a valid driver’s license to maintain a first-class cleaning environment.

Responsibilities include floor care, restroom sanitation, trash handling, and assisting guests while upholding safety and cleanliness standards. Compensation ranges from $37,440 to $41,600 per year, with standard benefits and onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, retail, commercial, or office cleaning experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented work ethic.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift.

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors throughout the property.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and windowsills.
• Respond promptly to spills and cleaning needs.
• Provide courteous interactions with guests and the public.
• Maintain organized and stocked janitorial supply areas.
• Follow safety procedures and cleanliness standards.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:45 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:15 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $41600.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
