Aver Sign Company is seeking a dependable and hardworking Part‑Time Janitor / Warehouse & Yard Helper to support our daily operations. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility while assisting with warehouse and yard responsibilities as needed.

The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, reliable, and comfortable performing a variety of physical tasks both indoors and outdoors. This is a hands‑on position that helps ensure our facility, warehouse, and yard remain organized and operational.

Janitorial Duties

• Clean and maintain office areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and common spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust throughout the facility
• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies
• Help maintain a safe and clean working environment

Warehouse Support

• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas
• Assist with receiving and stocking materials
• Help prepare materials for production and installation teams
• Move materials and supplies as needed
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization

Yard Support

• Keep outdoor yard and storage areas clean and organized
• Assist with loading and unloading materials
• Remove debris and maintain safe outdoor work areas
• Support facility maintenance projects as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous janitorial, warehouse, maintenance, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
