The role involves routine cleaning, sanitizing high-touch areas, waste disposal, and restocking supplies to ensure a welcoming and sanitary environment for occupants and visitors. Successful candidates will have prior janitorial experience, attention to detail, knowledge of infection control, and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks: sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust common areas, waiting rooms, hallways, and restrooms.
• Disinfect and sanitize high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, handrails, light switches, elevator buttons).
• Empty and dispose of trash and medical waste per guidelines.
• Refill soap, towels, and toilet paper; monitor inventory and notify when reordering.
• Assist with setting up/cleaning meeting rooms and events; report maintenance needs.
• Follow safety protocols and proper chemical handling; perform other tasks as requested.
