TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

1. Engage fully in the site's EHS, quality, and Performance Excellence programs.
2. Maintain the qualification and skills required for the Packager role within the Spray Dryer unit and assist in packaging and granulation operations by performing duties of the Dryer Operator when assigned.
3. Perform daily housekeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor.
4. Lock and secure the plant after normal business hours.
5. Load special waste material into the designated waste dumpster as required.
6. Operate forklift trucks and other machinery safely, ensuring daily checks are completed and documented.
7. Assist other operators on site to complete tasks as a team, as directed by supervision.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):

1. High School Diploma.
2. Good oral and written communication skills.

Job classifications are as follows: New hires generally start as Janitors and can bid on other roles as they become available. Positions and shifts are assigned based on seniority after employment begins.

• Janitor - $22.79
• Packager - $25.83
• Prestager - $27.00
• Mix Operator - $29.12
• Material Handler - $29.38
• Dryer Operator - $29.38

Shifts:

Shift schedules will be determined based on the available position and awarded by seniority per the collective bargaining agreement.

• Continuous work week: Three days on, three days off; shifts from 6 am to 6 pm or 6 pm to 6 am.
• 5-day work week: 8-hour shifts covering 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
