Job Position Description

This role involves maintaining clean and healthy environments in our clients' buildings by performing various cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, window cleaning, and furniture moving. Responsibilities include:

• Performing cleaning tasks using provided products and tools
• Availability for night shifts, approximately 20+ hours weekly
• Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment
• Using proper P.P.E. as required
• Securing facilities by locking doors and managing security systems
• Providing on-the-job training to motivated individuals
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
• Contributing positively to the team, maintaining dependability, and professionalism

Physical Demands and Qualifications

• Constant standing, walking, pushing, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting; ability to lift 25 lbs
• Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions
• Understanding of different cleaning products and their uses
