OMEX (Titian Cleaning, LLC.) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor for an office building in Phoenix. The part-time role runs Monday through Friday from 5pm to 9pm, with the successful candidate maintaining clean spaces and reporting safety concerns.

You will operate floor machines as needed, lift up to 25 lbs, pass a background check, and join a friendly, safety-conscious team at an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Formación

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to use floor machines such as burnisher, slow speed, auto scrubber and carpet extractor.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.
• Must pass background check and adhere to OMEX and safety protocols.
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize office spaces, restrooms, hallways, and common areas daily.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Sweep, mop, auto scrub, and vacuum floors.
• Dust fixtures, clean glass.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the facilities team.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.

Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Required (IVP, Level 1)
