Job summary

OMEX (Titian Cleaning, LLC.) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented janitor for a part-time evening role at the Arizona DES office in Coolidge, AZ. The position runs Monday through Friday from 5pm to 9pm, paying $15.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include cleaning, restocking supplies, and reporting safety concerns. Experience is preferred but not required; candidates must pass a background check and be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred, but not required.

• Must pass background check and adhere to safety protocols.
• 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize office spaces, lobby, restrooms, hallways, break area, and entrances daily.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Dust mop, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Dust fixtures, clean glass.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the facilities team.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
