Job summary

OMEX (Titian Cleaning, LLC.) is seeking a reliable Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe office environment at 2910 N. 44th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85018. The role is part-time, Monday through Friday, 5pm to 9pm, with a fingerprint clearance requirement.

Responsibilities include cleaning offices, restrooms, floors, restocking supplies, reporting safety concerns, and maintaining equipment. Candidates should be detail‑oriented, able to lift up to 25 lbs, work independently or with a team, and pass a

• Experience in cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate floor machines such as burnisher, slow-speed, auto scrubber, and carpet extractor.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must pass background check and adhere to safety protocols.
• Must be 18 years or older.

• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
