Job Title: Part-Time Janitor

Location: 4255 Anson Blvd., Whitestown, IN 46075

Schedule: Part-time, Friday through Sunday, 8-hour shifts (specific hours to be set during interview)

Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour

Requirements: Prior janitorial experience preferred

Job Summary

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of buildings by performing heavy cleaning duties such as floor cleaning, rug shampooing, wall and glass washing, and rubbish removal.

Essential Duties

• Dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dust and damp mop floors following procedures.
• Move and replace furniture and equipment for cleaning.
• Clean surfaces using assigned materials and equipment, following an eight-step cleaning process.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, and baseboards to maintain a safe environment.
• Identify areas needing cleaning and complete tasks proactively.
• Follow all federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff, and refinish floors; shampoo carpets.
• Contribute positively to the team; demonstrate professionalism.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
