Job summary

ESFM® USA is seeking part-time JANITORs for their location in New Carlisle, Indiana. The position offers a fixed pay rate of $18.50 per hour and requires availability on Sundays. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas, following infection control plans, and completing assigned tasks.

The ideal candidate will have previous janitorial experience but it is not required as training will be provided. Benefits include retirement plans, health and wellness programs, and various voluntary benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial experience preferred, but not required. Training provided.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position satisfactorily; reasonable accommodation may be provided.
• Must be able to work the specified part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures.
• Move equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and place furniture back in correct placement.
• Clean assigned areas using assigned materials and equipment; sanitize all surfaces.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items to maintain a clean environment.
• Seek out areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete the task.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Perform tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff and refinish floors; shampoo carpet.
• Contribute to the team; exhibit professionalism with customers and fellow employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Part‑time JANITOR positions at 31100 Edison Road, New Carlisle, IN 46552. Fixed pay rate of $18.50 per hour. Schedules are Sunday 8:00 am–4:00 pm or 12:00 pm–8:00 pm. Online applications only.

• Move equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and place furniture back in correct placement.
• Clean assigned areas using assigned materials and equipment; sanitize all surfaces; follow the eight‑step cleaning procedure.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.
• Seek out areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete the task.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Perform tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff and refinish floors; shampoo carpet.
• Contribute to the team; exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
