We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Part Time Janitor to join our team in Bakersfield, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a safe and sanitary environment. The Janitor will support Fortis Native Group and will report to the project manager. This position is 100% onsite.

Note: the clearance process with the FAA often takes 4-6 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
• Maintain restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
• Ensure all areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Work Schedule

This is a part time position with flexible hours.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Compensation Package: $23.90/hour
• Base Pay: $18.81/hour
• Health & Welfare Benefit: Additional $5.09/hour (up to 40 hours per week)

Extra Benefit

Any unused Health & Welfare funds are paid directly to you in your paycheck.
