Job summary

Natural Factors in the United States is hiring a Night Shift Janitor to maintain cleanliness across manufacturing, warehouse, offices, and common areas. The role offers a competitive hourly wage and a schedule Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm–6:30am, with training on the morning shift.

Qualifications

• Experience operating automatic floor machines and related equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Strong English communication in writing and speaking.
• Must be available for night shift and training on morning shift during training period.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean all building floors of manufacturing, warehouse, lunchrooms, offices, washrooms, wash bays and general areas.
• Sweep, mop, and auto scrub all floor types (washing, buffing, waxing).
• Clean sanitation mats in manufacturing and packaging.
• Stock PPE and clean lab coats, and bag dirty lab coats.
• Clean and restock restrooms.
• Tidy and restock janitor rooms and cage supply storage areas.
• Perform basic maintenance of floor scrubber equipment.

Pay: $21.37 – $26.76/hour

What Helps You Succeed

• Ability to independently operate applicable machinery such as automatic floor machines, standard shampoo machines, buffers, blowers, recycle compactors, laundry washer and dryer
• Attention to detail and thoroughness
• Ability to update cleaning records such as checklists
• Physically able to lift cardboard, furniture, and cleaning equipment, etc. (may be 50 pounds or more)
• Effective communication in the English language, both written and verbal
