Job description

This position requires the ability to do heavy work and one-year experience in maintenance procedures,preferred experience in electrical and plumbing. The individual must be capable of upkeep, servicing, and minor mechanical repair of the agency equipment and vehicles.

The candidate will be responsible for upkeep of the agency's various facilities including but not limited to: vacumming/waxing floors, emptying trash, dusting/cleaning furniture, cleaning/sanitizing restrooms, window cleaning and yard care.

This is a part time position working approximately 24 hours per week but has the potential to lead to a full time position.

All positions require a back ground check and drug screen as well as a valid driver's license.
