Job summary

SPECIALTY MAGNETICS LLC is seeking a reliable janitor to maintain cleanliness and safety across our building. The role includes vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, carpet shampooing, light maintenance, and trash disposal.

The successful candidate will have experience with cleaning equipment, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity suitable for supplemental income or semi-retirement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of janitorial experience.
• Driver’s license or reliable transportation to the site.
• Experience using cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Excellent stamina and physical health.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Open to instruction.
• 25 hours per week.

Job Summary

We’re looking to hire a hard-working Janitor who can maintain the cleanliness and safety of our building. You’ll be responsible for all cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms with soapy water, and shampooing carpets, in addition to maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and emptying trash. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, and takes pride in a job well done. This position has flexible hours and would be great for someone looking for supplemental income and/or is semi-retired.
