Job Opening: Janitor Lead

We are hiring immediately for full-time Janitor Lead positions.

Location: Jasper County - 250 Jaguar Trail, Ridgeland, SC 29936. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; days may vary, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirements: No prior experience required.

Pay Range: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Performs administrative tasks, trains team members, and oversees training activities for custodial associates. Acts as a resource for cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.

Essential Duties

• Conducts classroom and hands-on training on customer service, safety, compliance, and policies.
• Provides one-on-one training as needed.
• Updates training on equipment, PPE, and chemical safety.
• Prepares training materials and conducts administrative tasks.
• Gives feedback during orientation and reviews trainee records for compliance.
• Recommends disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Performs safety and building inspections to ensure OSHA and other regulations are met.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
