• Location: Jasper County - 250 Jaguar Trail, Ridgeland, SC 29936. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time; Days may vary, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: No prior experience required.
• Pay Range: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Performs administrative tasks, trains team members, and oversees training activities for custodial associates. Acts as a resource for cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.

Essential Duties:

• Conducts classroom and hands-on training on customer service, safety, compliance, and policies.
• Provides one-on-one training as needed.
• Updates training on equipment, PPE, and chemical safety.
• Prepares and revises training materials; performs administrative tasks.
• Provides feedback during orientation; reviews trainee records for compliance.
• Recommends disciplinary actions as appropriate.
• Performs safety reviews and building inspections.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
