Responsibilities

• Conducts classroom and hands-on training on customer service, safety, and policies.
• Provides one-on-one training and updates on equipment and safety protocols.
• Maintains training materials and conducts administrative tasks.
• Offers feedback during new associate orientation and reviews trainee records.
• Performs safety and compliance reviews, including building inspections.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
