The Center for Alcohol & Drug Treatment in Duluth, MN, is seeking a dedicated janitorial team member to maintain clean, safe, and orderly facilities. You will work with a multidisciplinary group, communicating respectfully with visitors, patients, and staff, and participate in emergencies when needed.
Key duties include cleaning interior rooms and exterior areas, sanitizing kitchens, floors, and surfaces, disposing of waste, stocking supplies, and following all safety rules and PPE requirements
This individual performs a variety of housekeeping tasks to maintain clean, orderly and safe buildings and grounds. This individual is required to work with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring respectful communication and cooperation with other team members. This individual interacts with visitors, patients and staff in a professional, helpful manner. It is essential that all staff is aware of their performance and the effect it may have on patients, visitors and colleagues. This individual will participate as a team member in emergency situations and is required to attend all assigned trainings and meetings.
