Job Title: Janitor

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Janitor positions at SSC. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities.

Location

JO Combs Custodial - 43371 North Kenworth Road, San Tan Valley, AZ 85140. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule

Full-time and part-time schedules available: Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm. More details provided during the interview.

Requirements

Must be able to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Pay Range

$14.70 to $16.00 per hour.

Maintains cleanliness by performing heavy cleaning duties, including floor cleaning, rug shampooing, wall and glass washing, and rubbish removal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dust and damp mop floors.
• Move equipment and furniture for cleaning and return them to proper placement.
• Clean assigned areas using appropriate materials and equipment, following the eight-step cleaning procedure.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other surfaces to maintain a clean environment.
• Identify areas needing cleaning and take initiative to complete tasks.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor, in accordance with federal, state, and county guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff, and refinish floors; shampoo carpets.
• Contribute to team efforts and exhibit professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
