Job Summary

Janitorial position (full‑time) at ESFM, 1633 Perimeter Road, Greenville, SC 29605. Shift: 1st & 3rd. Must comply with health and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dust and mop floors following approved procedures.
• Move equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and return them to correct positions.
• Use assigned materials and equipment to clean assigned areas and sanitize all surfaces following an eight‑step cleaning procedure.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items to maintain a safe environment.
• Identify areas that need cleaning and complete tasks proactively.
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Perform tasks in accordance with all federal, state, and county guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff, and refinish floors; shampoo carpet.
• Contribute to the team; exhibit professionalism with customers and employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous janitorial experience is preferred but not required. Willing to train. Must be able to follow instructions, use cleaning equipment, and comply with safety regulations. Physical ability to lift and move furniture and equipment.

Compensation

Fixed pay rate: $14.00 per hour.
