Job summary

ESFM is seeking a full-time janitor at the Bosch site in Anderson, SC. The role covers cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish to keep facilities clean and safe.

Responsibilities include trash disposal, dusting, mopping, moving furniture for cleaning, and following the eight-step cleaning procedure. Requires prior cleaning experience and ensures compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dusts and damp-mops floors following approved procedures.
• Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning, then places furniture back in correct placement.
• Cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment, sanitizes all surfaces, and follows the eight-step cleaning procedure.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Seeks out areas requiring cleaning and takes initiative to complete the task.
• Completes all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Performs tasks in accordance with all federal, state, and county guidelines.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs, and refinishes floors; shampoos carpet.
• Contributes to the team, exhibiting professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

We have an opening for a full‑time JANITOR position.

Location: Bosch – 1010 Scotts Bridge Road, Anderson, SC 29261. Online applications accepted only.

Requirement: Previous cleaning experience required.

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour to $17.00 per hour.
