Location: 3M - 1400 Perimeter Road, Greenville, SC 29605. Note: Online applications only.

Pay Rate: $13.49/hour.

Job Summary

Maintain cleanliness of buildings by performing heavy cleaning duties such as floor cleaning, rug shampooing, wall and glass washing, and rubbish removal.

Essential Duties

1. Dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
2. Dust and mop floors according to standards.
3. Move and replace furniture and equipment for cleaning.
4. Clean surfaces, sanitize, and follow the eight-step cleaning process.
5. Wash walls, windows, furniture, and baseboards.
6. Identify and address cleaning needs proactively.
7. Complete tasks assigned by supervisors.
8. Follow all relevant federal, state, and local guidelines.
9. Perform floor stripping, scrubbing, buffing, and refinishing; shampoo carpets.
10. Contribute positively to the team and maintain professionalism.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned.
