LB&B Associates Inc. in Highgate Springs, VT seeks a Full-Time Custodian to join our team. You will provide cleaning and sanitation services for government buildings and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

The role covers floor care, office cleaning, and restrooms, with a schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, plus rotational weekend hours. Prior experience with commercial/government cleaning is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in general commercial or government building cleaning, including sanitizing.
• Expertise in hard surface floor care and all-purpose floor cleaning.
• Ability to perform general office cleaning tasks efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional cleaning and sanitizing services for commercial or government buildings.
• Perform hard surface floor care including carpet cleaning, shampoo/extraction, vinyl/tiling treatment, and use of high speed floor equipment and floor scrubbers.
• Maintain office cleanliness through sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and removing trash/recycling.
• Sanitize office spaces, breakrooms, and restrooms to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

LB&B Associates Inc. is searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic Custodian to join our team at Highgate Springs/Saint Albans, VT (Federal Buildings).

Position: Full-Time Custodian

Location: Highgate Springs, VT (Federal Buildings)

Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Benefits: Life Insurance, Short/Long-term disability, Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation, sick leave, paid holidays per collective bargaining agreement

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

One weekend per month: Saturday & Sunday, 4 hours each day /6:00am-10:00am (rotational holidays). As needed, you may be scheduled to work at the Saint Albans, VT facility.
