Qualifications

• Prior janitorial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly; performs heavy cleaning duties.
• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dusts and damp mops floors; sanitizes surfaces and maintains a safe environment.
• Moves equipment and furniture for cleaning and returns them to place.
• Performs tasks in accordance with federal, state and local guidelines.
