• Maintain cleanliness by emptying trash containers, cleaning bathrooms, and vacuuming.

• Notify supervisor of issues and perform other janitorial duties.

Modern Maintenance, Inc.is hiring janitorial workers in a professional setting.

Wage:$15hr. + $250 Sign-On Bonus after 4 months of employment

Shifts:

• 8:30PM - 1:00PM, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Empty trash containers
• Clean bathrooms
• Vacuum all carpeted floors
• Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors
• Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low
• Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces
• Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
• Notify supervisor of any problems
• Perform other janitorial duties as required

• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift
