About the Job:

Hiring for a Commercial Janitorial Position. You will perform various cleaning tasks to keep the buildings looking pristine. Candidates should have experience cleaning in large commercial buildings, schools, or hospitals. Flexible scheduling with main hours from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Up to 25-32 hours per week. We are looking for candidates eager to grow with our company.

Janitor Responsibilities

• General cleaning and maintenance of the building.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and restocking restrooms.
• Ensuring doors are locked after hours.
• Cleaning spills with appropriate equipment.
• Performing minor repairs and notifying supervisors of major repairs.
• Collecting and disposing of trash.
• Completing tasks promptly with minimal supervision.
• Keeping cleaning supplies stocked.
• Working with contracted cleaning services when necessary.
