Job summary

GDI.com in Gillespie, Illinois is seeking General Cleaners to maintain high standards of cleanliness in their facilities. Responsibilities include cleaning food manufacturing areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and performing dusting and trash removal.

The ideal candidates should be reliable team players able to follow instructions. Experience in commercial cleaning is a plus, but not mandatory. This role requires the ability to work in hot conditions and to have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience with cleaning commercial buildings a plus, but not required.
• Must have the ability to work with other crew members.
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Steel toed shoes required when applicable.
• Ability to work in hot conditions.
